1. General

Please read the following terms and conditions of use and disclaimer carefully before using this website. By using this website you agree to these Terms and Conditions of Use. If you don’t agree to these terms you may not use this website.

Cincșor. Transilvania. Guest houses reserves the right, at any time, to modify, alter or update these Terms and Conditions of Use and you agree to be bound by such modifications, alterations or updates.

2. Copyright

All texts and pictures on this website are property of Cincșor. Transilvania. Guest houses or are used with consent from previously mentioned photographers.

3. Personal data

Cincșor. Transilvania. Guest houses will not collect through this website any personally-identifiable information about you (e.g. name, address, phone no, e-mail), unless you have provided it to us voluntarily. In this case, the data will be used for a better understanding of your needs, for future product and service improvement and to contact you regarding your reservation.

4. Pricing

We offer products and prices which will fluctuate depending on season, availability and demand at any given time and which is enlisted on the website. These prices are subject to change without notice and refer to certain services as they are described on the website. Also, these prices are quoted in EURO (the price in RON will be calculated according to the daily Romanian National Bank rate). Your price is guaranteed once you have been given the reservation confirmation.

5. Advance payments

Advance payments can be made with the online reservation and are non-refundable and non-transferable (exceptions at paragraph 18). Following the online payment you will receive through e-mail or at check-out the receipt for your payment.

6. Vouchers

All vouchers must be given to staff at the time of the check-in if the payment was not done online at the time of the reservation.

7. Availability

At the moment we have an inquiry-type online reservation. Once we have checked the availability of our rooms you will be contacted by Cincșor. Transilvania. Guest houses to confirm/deny your reservation request and for other accommodation related details. We try to be as prompt as possible regarding the accommodation inquiries; therefore you will get a reply to your request in maximum 2 working days.

8. Children

Children prices differ from adult prices and are shown on the website.

9. Guests with impaired mobility

Cincșor. Transilvania. Guest houses may offer modified facilities for guests with impaired mobility. Guests with impaired mobility or other particular requirements should check with the guesthouse in advance that their requirements can be met.

10. Pets

Pets are not allowed in the guesthouses with the exception of guide dogs with prior arrangement. A charge will be incurred in this case. Please call Cincșor. Transilvania. Guest houses for details.

11. Car parking

Car parking is free at both guesthouses. Cars and their contents are left at the owner’s risk and we do not accept responsibility for loss or damage.

12. Guest behavior

All guests are asked to conduct themselves appropriately at all times, respecting other guests, employees and the guesthouse’s property and goods. We reserve the right to refuse accommodation and/or provided services and even ask guests to leave if, in our reasonable opinion, we consider that they had an inappropriate, offensive or abusive behavior. Where this is the case shall have no obligation to refund you for lost accommodation, other services or any other loss or expense incurred.

13. Damage

We reserve the right to charge you for any damage incurred to your room or the guesthouses during your stay or for any items that are missing or damaged when you leave.

14. Smoking

Smoking is not allowed in rooms or inside public areas, outdoor smoking is permitted only showing respect for other guests.

15. Arrival and departure

The rooms are available from 3pm and must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure, unless otherwise sanctioned at the discretion of the guesthouses manager. For security and fraud reasons guests may be asked to present an ID upon arrival.

16. Health, leisure and wellbeing

Certain facilities are free (the list can be found on the website), others are only available during a certain time of year and for an additional charge.

17. Reservations

Please make an inquiry regarding any reservations you might want using the `Booking` section or calling directly at the number provided on this website.

The online reservation can be made for a specific room or any room. We will try as best as we can to offer you that room but we can’t make any guarantees.

18. Reservation cancellation

Reservations can be cancelled up until 48 hours prior to arrival free of charge, after which a charge for the first night’s accommodation shall be payable. Online payments can be reimbursed only if the cancellation was made up until 48 hours prior to arrival.

19. Accommodation and services payments

Before check-out you we will ask you to sort out your accommodation bill and any other costs (including additional meals, alcoholic drinks and/or other extra facilities).
